Delivery of goods for the FC Boats Limited Online Apparel Merchant Store will proceed once your payment is confirmed and paid for. Your product will be shipped by courier or Freight Company depending on your selection of goods.

Delivery is normally processed within 24 – 48 hours, if this is the case FC Boats Limited will contact you regarding a delivery date.

No claim shall be made by you on account of late delivery however caused. Late delivery shall not constitute a breach of this contract by us, and you shall not be entitled to cancel the contract because of late delivery.

Cancellation Policy

If you want to cancel your purchase from FC Boats Limited Online Apparel Merchant Store before goods have been dispatched and are in stock. Please contact FC Boats Limited about your ordered immediately. If goods have been ordered specially they will NOT be able to be cancelled.

If you think your goods are faulty, simply return them in person to FC Boats Limited or send them with a covering letter containing your contact details and any information you think is relevant.
Once we have received your goods we will assess them and contact you to discuss the options. At first instance, we will organize to repair or replace the goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced we will refund the purchase price.
